A great experience was had when a group of children and young people from The Salvation Army Orphanage here in Mazatlan came and gave us a wonderful dance performance on the large terrace on the roof of the marina office.The youngsters had been practicing for months and they all danced to perfection.
Salvation army is a charity, which is totally supported by donations.
100 years ago my grandmother was an officer and district nurse in the Salvation Army in Copenhagen. This charity is close to my heart.
