David and I felt very privileged to be invited along to Susan and Dennis Everington's beautiful Christmas Party in their lovely house on the Isla.Three other couples were along and we had a wonderful time.

We had turkey and all the trimmings including mashed potatoes, tray-baked potatoes, red cabbage, cucumber salad, many other salads much more.
Dennis, our wonderful host made sure our glasses were full and that we had plenty of his coffee-rhum-toddy, egg-nog and other specialities.
Susan, our lovely hostess, is a wonderful cook and makes all of her specialties from scratch. She cooks beautiful dishes with exotic ingredients and bakes lovely cakes and 'moreish' sweets, which are to die for.
