We followed the parade 'Of bad humor' down to the shore and here we got into the crowd of hundreds of thousands of people, all out celebrating. Bars and street vendors were selling food and drink all along the promenade and bands were playing every two to three hundred yards. People were dancing and having fun.
After some waiting time the fireworks started and it was a fantastic display synchronized to music! The party went on through the night. But someone needed their bed!
